Preschool / School Readiness / Kindergarten Care

Early childhood is a time for children to explore, create, discover, and learn about themselves and the world they live in. I provide an environment rich in learning opportunities with a literature based curriculum that includes art activities, thematic units, music & movement, discovery learning, outside activities, walks or trips to playground, educational field trips, and unstructured play. Children will also gain classroom experience through participation in a library program and other larger group classes. This program will promote reading & school readiness and develop language, social skills, and problem solving skills.

• Full time preschoolers receive nutritious meals and rest/quiet time daily.

• Kindergarten program also includes nutritious meals and/or snacks and transportation is provided to/from schools in the Wilson & Easton school district.

• For families interested in a School Readiness Program only, I invite your child to join us from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. September through May.

Child must be 3 years of age and potty trained.

Before/After-School Care

I provide before and/or after school care for children 1st grade and up. Transportation is provided to/from Wilson Elementary, Avona, Paxinosa, & Cheston schools. Nutritious breakfast and/or snack are also provided.

While in my care children will enjoy age appropriate arts and crafts projects, organized games, free play, and outdoor activities, including basketball.

I also offer homework supervision/assistance, character education activities, and occasional field trips.

This program has the option of including full day care for two hour delays, early dismissals, snow days, and other school closings. 

Summer Program

I offer an exciting summer program that promotes learning through fun!

Children will enjoy basketball, tennis, swimming, summer reading & literacy program, picnics, arts & crafts activities, music appreciation, thematic units, field trips, and free & structured play. 

Field trips have included the Palmer Pool, Easton Library, Lehigh Valley Zoo, Two T’s Miniature Golf, Da Vinci Science Center, area parks, and more.

Nutritious breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided, along with popsicles and a sprinkler for those hot summer days!
